I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist me. Despite some limited English, they still made sure I was comfortable. The hotel facilities were great and the cleanliness was impeccable. I found the location convenient, with easy transportation options nearby. The breakfast offered was delicious and satisfying.

Convenient location within walking distance of a beautiful castle. Great for a city getaway. We had a blast from the moment we walked in! 😊

A very small menu card in Ceska Chalupa - no food for children. Very poor breakfast and no food for children.

Poor menu selection, rooms cold, asked for more bedding but never got it.Breakfast not good,anything that ran out was not replaced.In the middle of motorway so needed transport to get anywere.We booked in for 11 days but left after 6 and moved to central Prague

The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions. The service provided by the staff was impeccable. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room amenities exceeded our expectations, with air conditioning, a television, and a telephone for our convenience. We also enjoyed the delicious dining options available at the restaurant and the bar/lounge area. our experience here was fantastic.

We highly recommend this place to our family and friends.

Good place for good price

Only thing I can think of was small tv and non working remote control

My partner and I had a great time on our romantic escape. The staff were very friendly and always happy to help. We enjoyed exploring the area around the hotel, which was conveniently located near restaurants and shops. We also appreciated the free parking and access to the spa and fitness center.

The breakfast lacked variety and some items were not restocked when they ran out. The menu selection for dinner was also limited and the rooms were quite cold despite our request for extra bedding.

Reception Staff, and Chapulke ( Restaurant ) staff excellent..Friendly athmosphere. I liked the food. The Hotel was well placed for my visit, a shooting competition half an hour to the south. The free transit bus to the metro is also excellent.

There was just one evening ( Saturday) when the Chalpuka restaurand was booked for a privete function. I was directed to the Gourmet Restaurant. Totally unbelievably the staff insisted on smoking. I took this up with the waiter - hes said it was permitted. Total nonsense -eu regulations forbid it And smoking by the staff in a Gourmet ?? Restaurant ? Get real and sort it.

Very miserable waiter and over all attitude of all staff. Would not recommend it to anybody unless i dont like them. Also the shuttle bus service is very poor, the times it ran were very inconvenient. Staff did not make us feel welcome.
